NATO Agrees To Train Iraqi Security Forces

President Bush secured Nato's agreement to train Iraqi Security forces. A good news for Iraq and the United States, however NATO still has much to do to prove that the alliance that has held for many years is relevant as it was. William Safire
in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal Editorial staff have some harsh words for our weak willed "allies" in France and Germany, who have under funded their military's to the point that they incapable of sending actual troops to Iraq to help train the security forces.

Despite that, the agreement is a victory for Iraq and a political victory for the United States and Great Britain.
