Bush Campaign Releases "Wolves" Ad

The Bush Campaign has released a new ad (view it here) that focuses on the threat of terror. The ad shows the canopy of a dark forest. The camera then moves into the forest slowly, with sunlight filtering through the leaves. The viewer sees glimpses of animals. The end of the commercial reveals that the animals are wolves. Just as the camera goes black, the wolf pack begins to charge. The voiceover is speaking of John Kerry’s proposal to slash the intelligence budget after the first world trade center bombing.

It is a very effective commercial. Apparently the focus groups on which the commercial was tested had such a positive reaction to it that the campaign decided to release it in the last weeks of the election.
